Where Is My Order?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation that evening, containing your tracking information. You may also call Customer Service at 514-288-1133 for assistance tracking your order. When you call, have the order number ready.


Where Do You Ship?

 

  • CANADA: all provinces
  • USA: Currently, RAPHAEL ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. In order to make purchases at RAPHAEL, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States, and Canada.
  • INTERNATIONAL: We are happy to ship International.

    Please contact our Customer Service at 514-288-1133, and check with us periodically for any updates regarding our international shipping policy.


Exception:


For your security, we do not ship to HOTELS, P.O. BOX, or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.


How Do I Find an Item at crocolux.com?

You can search for items at crocolux.com in the following ways:

By category, listed on the upper toolbar ("Crocodile Handbags”, “Wallets”, “Belts”, "Gifts & Accessories”, “Vintage”)

By entering a keyword in the "Search" box found on the upper toolbar

This will take you directly to any specific product information page.

When you see a product you like while shopping, choose a color, and make sure of the size of your item, enter the quantity desired, indicate who the recipient of that item will be, and select the "Buy" button.

If you would like to be notified when new offerings are available, we would be happy to include you on our VIP mailing list. If we do not offer the product you are looking for, please feel free to contact our Customer Service at 514 288 1133. or email us. as we are available to answer your questions.


How Do I Modify My Order?

Last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service. You may determine whether or not an order has been shipped by checking with Our Customer service at 514-288-1133


Will I be charged in Canadian or in US dollars?

All transactions are charged in US dollars.


What is your return policy?

Due to CITES Rules & Regulations, we do not accept, Returns, Exchanges, Order Cancellation or offer Refunds. All sales are Final. No claim will be considered if made after 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No return without written permission.

 

   
       

Do you accept money orders and check?

At this time, we accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal, International money order and Wires bank transfer, but no personal checks.

Please read our sales policy regarding credit cards. We would like to remind you that we always check carefully and manually all the credit cards.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at the end of the order just before you enter your credit card information. It is calculated according to the weight of the package and to the destination. Shipping cost varies on Country destination. Please note some items cannot be shipped via regular airmail - read each product information page for details.

There are no hidden handling fees, we charge only what it costs to deliver your products to your door.


How long does it take to receive my order?
            

 CITES CERTIFICATION & PERMIT  Please allow 10 Business days to request the Permit for Re-Export to your country after payment is received, and 3 to 5 days for delivery to your place via FedEx or Aramex.

What is CITES?

CITES (the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) is an international agreement between governments. Its aims is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals does not threaten their survival, in other words they have to implement the Convention.

What is your discounting policy?

Discounts vary based on quantity, and product type ordered. Please Contact us for a quote.

  • After you click on 'Submit Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.
  • One discount, coupon or promotional offer per order. Discounts do not apply to shipping.


How can I give gifts using RAPHAEL?

If you’d like, we’ll ship your gift directly to the recipient. During the ordering process, simply enter your name and address as the Billing Address and the recipient’s name and address as the Shipping Address. Item price labels will be removed although, at this time, Raphael is not able to ship without showing package content value on shipping documents.


When is my credit card billed?

Raphael will charge your credit card once the items are located in stock and the billing information as well as the receiving address is verified.              


How do I change the address for an order?

You can edit or cancel your orders via our on-line interface as far as Raphael has not yet started the processing phase - this is specified by your order status within your account. Simply enter your account section to change addresses, products and payment method if necessary



Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, At Crocolux.com, we consider the information you choose to share with us is personal and confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell any of your personal information without your express consent. For further information, please check our Privacy Statement.


Is it safe to use my credit card on Crocolux.com?
